Welcome to the "Healthy Births, Happy Babies" podcast!

Apr 1, 2019

Guest: Nancy Green is the creator of the Brain Highways program, an in-person and online course that teaches parents, kids and babies how to organize their brain so that it functions as intended.

In this episode, we will cover:

  1. why "tummy time" is so much more than back strengthening exercises - it's about proper BRAIN DEVELOPMENT.
  2. how babies that skip crawling and other pre-walking activities may be more susceptible to problems later on with speech, reading, writing, focus, anxiety and other behavioral issues.
  3. what activities you can do with your infant right now that will ensure their brain develops as it should and what to look for if it's not.
